Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Package
Upon delivery, carefully check your candy for any signs of damage, melting, or missing items before opening the individual product seals.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the shipping box and the specific products in question to help our team verify the claim.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our 'Candy Concierge' within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a store credit or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
